WE'RE A NATIONAL
EMMY-WINNING
PRODUCTION TEAM
LOCAL IN NEW YORK, BOSTON, CONNECTICUT, AND THROUGHOUT ALL OF NEW ENGLAND
Part of what makes TaylorVision such a trusted and valuable resource is our experience and our flexibility. We have it all: Cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, art direction, production management, location scouting, you name it. We can even supply our own Emmy Award-winning producers and directors.
We routinely work with teams ranging in size from large-scale commercial-style productions to simpler bare-bones skeleton crews, but it's the diversity of our amazing group that sets us apart. We assemble custom, all-inclusive production packages specifically geared toward each project.
Our crew is led by Director of Photography, Bruce Taylor who has contributed in large part to countless Emmy Award-winning programs. His work on HBO's Real Sports, ESPN's This is SportsCenter, 50 Greatest Athletes, SportsCentury, and Outside the Lines are among them. BT also received a Cable Ace Award as the DP on a Craig Mortali documentary, Ali, Still the Greatest.
He was also trusted to interview four US Presidents: Jimmy Carter, George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Donald Trump, and foreign leaders as well: Great Britain's Tony Blair, Mexico's Vincente Fox, and the Crown Prince of Dubai.
Taylor's work also garnered acclaim at the New York Film Festival, Telly, and Peabody Awards. With over 40 years in the network television industry, his experience is hard to match. He has literally traveled around the world and throughout all 50 United States. TaylorVision brings together the most highly skilled production teams that take exceptional pride in their work.
WE'RE ALWAYS ON THE LEADING EDGE OF
NEW TECHNOLOGY
Continuing in our long-standing tradition of staying ahead of the technological curve, we’ve upped our game once again by adding a new SONY VENICE cinema camera to our vast line-up. This has always been our approach. In fact, we were among the very first in all of NY and New England to own a true 1920 x 1080 HD camera. Our Sony CineAlta F900 was considered at that time to be the gold standard in high definition. In 2012 the landscape began to change again. When NFL on FOX asked TaylorVision to supply Sony F3 cameras for their features unit to take advantage of the new Super 35mm sensors and their shallow depth of field, we knew the industry was poised for a major change.
Since that time we’ve taken it to the next level by adding our incredible Sony F55 camera. It’s capable of capturing HD, 2K, 4K, and Raw 6K footage. Now, with SONY's new 6K VENICE camera in our line-up, we’re ready for anything. Its full-frame sensor is simply stunning! This is the camera that Robert McLachlan used to shoot The Game of Thrones and is now being used on countless major motion pictures including Top Gun Maverick
